Move your customer list from Excel to Hej CRM
Does your team keep customer data in a spreadsheet? Save it as CSV, upload the file to Hej CRM, and review the preview before importing.
Save the spreadsheet as CSV
Excel workbooks (.xlsx) are not imported directly in this flow. Use Save As in your spreadsheet and choose CSV before uploading the file.
Review before saving
The import preview shows what will be created, updated, or skipped. Check the rows and confirm only when the preview looks right.
Company list and fields
CSV import is designed for your team’s company list. Example fields include company name, organization number, industry, city, employee count, and website. Check the columns in the import screen.
Continue follow-up in your CRM
After importing, your team can bring contacts, deals, and next steps together around each customer in Hej CRM.
Keep the original spreadsheet. Hej CRM asks you to review the import before confirming it.
