Connect Hej CRM to ChatGPT and Claude
Hej CRM offers an MCP connection for ChatGPT and Claude. Sign in and authorize access in the client. The client shows which actions it offers after connecting.
What the assistant can retrieve
Available read tools cover customers and contacts, search, deals, activity and next steps, quotes, team settings and members, and meeting information. The MCP client shows the specific set available.
Changes become suggestions
MCP can create a suggested change for a person to review in Hej CRM. The suggestion does not apply the change to the CRM by itself. A person must review and approve it in Hej CRM; the MCP tool cannot approve its own suggestion.
Account and access
Connect your own Hej CRM account through the client’s authorization flow. Team access follows the user who signs in. Do not share customer data with an account or client the team has not approved.
Directory status
Connect to ChatGPT and Claude through MCP. The MCP integration is not yet listed in the clients’ directories; available connections depend on client support.
MCP is an integration method for authorized accounts, not a public search feature for CRM data.
